Virtual Assistant

We are looking for proactive and organized Virtual Assistants to be assigned to one of our international clients, providing dedicated administrative and operational support to their business and their clients. This is a fully remote role suited for self-starters who can hit the ground running in a client-facing environment.

Location: Remote   |   Type: Full-Time   |   Experience: 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the client’s calendars, emails, and scheduling
  • Handle data entry, research, and document preparation
  • Coordinate with the client’s vendors, partners, or internal teams as needed
  • Support social media management, content scheduling, or basic graphic tasks depending on client requirements
  • Maintain organized digital filing and workflow systems on behalf of the client

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a VA or in an administrative role, preferably supporting international clients
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Highly organized with strong time management and communication skills
  • Experience with tools such as Slack, Trello, Asana, Canva, or similar
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup
